I really can’t say enough good things about the crew at Auto Addictions in Waukee. These guys and gals are absolutely fantastic at what they do, and they’ve earned a tremendous amount of respect from me.
I recently brought my truck in with a whole list of issues — tires, brakes, steering problems, and alignment. Not exactly the kind of stuff anyone looks forward to dealing with. But once again, they came through and got everything taken care of the right way.
What I appreciate most about this crew is that they don’t just throw a quick fix at something and send you down the road. There are plenty of shops out there that will do just enough to get you out the door, but that’s not how these folks operate. They actually take the time to figure out what’s wrong, address the real problems, and make sure things are done correctly.
This is now the second time I’ve brought them a vehicle that wasn’t exactly an easy one to figure out, and both times they’ve proven why I trust them with my vehicles.
I know how frustrating it can be to have vehicle problems, especially when you’re trying to find someone who will actually fix them instead of just taking your money. That’s why I feel like people deserve to know when there’s a shop out there doing things right.
To everyone at Auto Addictions, thank you. I genuinely appreciate the hard work, knowledge, and pride you put into what you do. It doesn’t go unnoticed, and you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer.
If you’re having vehicle issues and want people who actually care about getting things right, give these folks a chance. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring another vehicle to them, and that says a lot!

I had them do a few small things to get my Ranger Raptor looking how I wanted it from the beginning (new wheels and 35’s, front level, body color match fender flares and some trim pieces). Communication throughout was great, and super convenient over text. And the finished product exceeded my expectations. Doesn’t even look modified to the unknowing eye. Looks like it came from the factory this way. Fantastic job, Doug, Drake and everyone else involved.
